Just for fun, I added a History section that has flavor text for the engineer. If anyone thinks it's inappropriate or superfluous feel free to delete it. I just thought it would add a lil' sum'tin sum'tin to the wiki. Feel free to modify it however you want. If something doesn't match up with canon material (e.g. Storyline and Atmosphere Forum in official forum) then please change it!!! | Just for fun, I added a History section that has flavor text for the engineer. Alright, I figured out the shout-out. Too obvious? Or too esoteric? Or just too wordy in general?--The Buttery Lobster 00:39, 9 July 2007 (EDT)
Certainly not too obvious... --Arklansman 01:17, 9 July 2007 (EDT)

Added note about recycling turrets and sensors without being next to them, anyone know if this works with walls too? I don't think I've ever tried it... --RickiusMaximus 10:12, 8 January 2009 (PST) |

I rearranged most of the content on this page to streamline the information.
Why delete content that still applies?
Beerdude26, was there a reason you deleted some content that's still applicable in version 1.05? See these edits: [1].
Reply: Woops, sorry, was quite tired (did this at around 2AM for me), I thought it concerned the 1.04 bug (IIRC) where you could crouch and turrets wouldn't target you at all.--Beerdude26 19:26, 7 June 2006 (EDT)
Re: re: Ok, no problem. I'll restore those edits then. -- Chahk
Re³: Psst... The other note you restored involving reviving teammates no longer applies to the latest version. (you can now always revive a comrade, no matter where his ragdoll is)--Beerdude26 11:07, 8 June 2006 (EDT)
Rex4: Well, even though the Revive skill has a better range than pre-1.03, it's still quite limitting and you might need to roam around the corpse a bit to get into the range of where the player was killed. -- Chahk
