FPS is an acronym for First-Person Shooter, and is a term describing any game that allows the player to see through a characters eyes, usually killing people with big guns. Common FPS games are:
- Half-Life and Half-Life 2
- Unreal Tournament
- Halo
- Planetside
- The Quake Series
- Doom
