Do not ask your Commander to build Aircraft, as he will not be able to.

Aircraft
A feature yet to be added to Empires Mod is the ability to use many different types of aircraft. There will be fighter planes, bomber planes, but transportation aircraft will play a valuable role too. Aircraft will be built at a Aircraft Factory. You will be able to customize your aircraft using newly researched weapons and technologies for maximum efficiency. You will also be able to repair and restock your aircraft at the Aircraft Factory.
Flying the aircraft will be difficult, and only intensive training will make you a skillful pilot.
