Description:
This decides how the Handbrake of a vehicle behaves.
As an example, imagine a left turn with a vehicle with the handbrake.
If the value is positive, then the vehicle will steer further left while holding the handbrake.
If the value is negative, then the vehicle will steer to the right while holding the handbrake.
The higher the value, the more it will turn into the specified direction.
Example:
"powerSlideAccel" "250"
Handbrake turns vehicle into the direction of the turn.
