From the todo: "Perhaps the "What is Empires?" bit should be rewritten to reflect the current gameplay. (+Screenshot)". This was the aim of my re-writing, although I realise that I've cut a lot out (NPC characters? Commanders punishing players?). Feel free to revert sections which may be important, but try to make it clear that they are not currently implemented. This page gave every impression that Aircraft were available prior to my edit.
