Empires is now better at compiling dmx files than smd files. Might be better to export those.

Possible Errors

  • I was going through the tut looking for little errors to fix and realized some of this isnt necessarily true. An example of this is that "To compile the model you'll need the VTF's ! " line in Setup. I've made, compiled, decompiled, and recompiled models and I have never needed to have the VTFs or VMTs made already. Can anyone confirm this? --Theowningone 14:46, 9 May 2009 (PDT)

New Features

Empires is now better at compiling dmx files than smd files. Might be better to export those.
