Does it have to be relevant to Empires? I could cite a section of the Spring '07 Issue of Political Science Quarterly; they have an interesting article addressing the effectiveness of counterproliferation on counterterrorism.--The Buttery Lobster 00:17, 2 July 2007 (EDT)

I changed this to be the first appendix to use a star rating system. I think it works, but do we really still need all these figures hanging about? If people really want them they can always refer to the script files, and for most new players they can only be confusing. I guess it comes down to whether we want this to be a user guide, or a technical manual. -- Broccoli 09:23, 5 September 2007 (EDT)
