Home > Light Tank
Small and fast but only able to mount the weakest gun, cannon, and missile launcher, the light tank is useful for scouting missions and hit and run attacks; it is considered one of the primary advantages of NF over BE due to its smaller size when compared to BE AFV. At extreme close range, the AFV is often simply unable to attack it.
Light Tank MKII
Is an improved version of the Light Tank. It's a little bit more expensive but can take a 2 slot missle launcher. Commander need to research Upgraded Chassis for MKII.

Superlights
A common strategy for NF commanders is researching Electric Engineering and then proceeding to research 3-Phase Engines and Reactive Armor. Reactive armor is the best armor per plate, and when on a light tank it can take a huge beating, but still leave the driver with room for a cannon and a choice of ML or MG. These are also outfitted with 3-Phase engines which enables the vehicle to travel at very high speed, altogether it becomes a tough as nails, fast moving 'Superlight' which is capable of taking down much heavier opposing vehicles when used correctly.
