Features

Added NPCs to con_urbanchaos.
Added con_urbanchaos to lobby rotation.
Added unique muzzleflashes for all infantry weapons.
Added support for mappacks package.
Moved default config files to vpk.

Bugfixes

Made door motion detectors on con_glycencity also respond to NPCs.
Fixed navmesh issue on con_glycencity.
Fixed missing PBR files
