A brush-based entity used to restrict any commander (regardless of team) from placing structures within the boundaries of a given brush.

- Use with the Nodraw texture.
- To restrict Engineers from building, consider the emp_eng_restrict entity for regional restriction and the emp_info_params entity for global restriction.
