Configuring Hammer for Empires

Hammer should work out of the box using the Hammer.bat file in the bin folder. Feel free to create a shortcut! Once launching, choose Empires 2013 from the list, and voila! Hammer for Empires should launch. If you encounter problems, do not hesitate to post on the Empires Discord to seek help.
