The Falloff Base is the base that defines how fast the damage will diminish over range. Can range from 0 to 1 (realistically). The closer to 0, the faster the damage will fall off over range. The closer to 1, the slower the damage will fall off over range. You can also use higher numbers (above 1). This will result in weapons being more deadly over longer range, and less deadly up close. Defaults to 0.85 when not defined explicitly.
